We will contact you to discuss your situation and schedule a detailed consultation.
The first 30 minutes of consultation (in person or via Zoom) is free of charge.
We will thoroughly understand your situation and advise you on what steps you need to take.
If you are going to be late or have any changes, please be sure to contact us.
If you require a consultation longer than 30 minutes, you will be charged 4,000 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter.
If any charges are incurred, please pay by cash, bank transfer or online payment.
We will provide you with a quote based on a plan that suits your needs.
Fees may vary depending on the amount and difficulty of the documents to be prepared.
If you agree to the quotation, we will enter into a contract with you. Please pay the stated amount as the down payment by the specified date.
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin preparations and document preparation. Depending on the nature of your request, you may be asked to pay the full amount in one lump sum (regardless of the outcome), but we will remain responsible until the problem is resolved and the result of your application is announced.
We will ask you to review the documents we have prepared and then submit them to the institution.
If necessary, we will respond with additional documentation and monitor progress.
We will contact you when we receive notification from the institution that submitted the document.
Once the results are available, please pay the balance.
